Went there for the first time. We are from out of town and Big Wally’s didn’t disappoint. They are BIG on options, BIG on flavor, BIG on meat, and BIG in awesomeness! Reasonably priced for what you get. I can say it’s as good as any sub I can remember having. I had the Cajun chicken and added bacon and potatoes. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak. Both were fantastic. It’s super casual. It looked like most people were taking theirs to go, but we ate ours there.

The only negative thing I could ever say about Big Wally's is that I wish it was open 24 hours cause their sandwiches are the most amazing thing.It's super relaxed there, the staff is nice and has been the same group for a while so they know exactly what they're doing. If you happen to be driving in Sayreville/Parlin, and it's around lunchtime, call them, place an order over the phone, get some cash out, and be prepared to enjoy an amazing sandwich.

FYI: Cash only & no ATM inside. Yeah, Wawa sandwiches are great, but... Big Wally's, though. Honestly the best sandwich shop in town, if not central NJ. A half sub is enough for one person. Order a whole sub if you're extra hungry or looking to feed more than just yourself. You can't go wrong with what you order. My personal favorites are the chicken pesto and hot pastrami sandwiches. On a busy day, they'll sometimes run out of bread. Get there before they do! Staff is friendly and helpful!

ALWAYS a great sandwich. It's surprising how fast they can bang out a tasty meal. They never fail to please.

No skimping on the meat on their subs! Huge subs! Good prices! They need to stay open later though, like until 9:00 p.m., not close at 4:30 in the afternoon. That's the only reason I didn't give five stars.

It was ok, the sandwiches were big and there are a lot of choices which was nice, but it was nothing special. The best sandwich shop in town by far though.

I went to try this place out of no where, it was spontaneous decision we made. And let me tell you Big Wally's Sub taste like an American Dream!That's coming from an immigrant you all!They are the most generous people around in 21st century. I ordered 2 platters of subs and sandwiches. This is the third time l have ordered platters from Wally’s and although the food is pretty good its definitely on the expensive side. The fact that they only take cash makes it important that you are quoted the correct amount when placing a big order. All 3 times l went to pick up my order the amount l was charged was more than l was quoted over the phone. The last time l placed an order for platters l waited 30 minutes past the time l was told the order would be ready to be picked up. Food not worth all the inconveniences.

So delicious! Lots of cold and hot sub options to choice from.

I love Big Wally's Subs, their sandwiches are awesome! Their specialty subs, Vinny Supreme and Juicy Lucy are my favorites!

Great place for a sub or hot sub. Ive been coming here for years and they have always treated me kindly. Please call in your orders!Due to the virus they are not allowing people inside. They are taking curbside orders to protect themselves and customers.I appreciate this whole heartedly!

The eggplant parmesan sub was huge and tasty. They also sell the incredible Route 11 Mama Zuma's potato chips!

My favorite subshop in the world! No joke 😂🤣 Ive been going here for years and love it! The bread is always fresh and so is all the food! The staff is friendly also! They are always very busy a line out the door, however they keep it moving so fast I'm in and out in 3 minutes!

Big Wally Subs are by far the best in New Jersey if you don't see or like what they have on their menu you can have them make something you like and they're Wily Castle is to die for I highly recommend everyone to go there

Carmine and his amazing hard working family they put every sandwich sub place to Shame. This is the only place any one needs to ever go for the freshest most delicious subs, chili, etc. In any state. Each sub is over stuffed beyond capacity one whole sub will feed 4 people. The greatest and nicest people in the world Big Wally's is the place to go. 🍽🥪
